Explore Lemonade Rum

Our Lemonade Rum was made for exactly this — a big-batch punch that tastes like summer on the North Fork. Bright, citrusy, and dangerously easy to drink.

How to Make It

  1. 1

Combine rum, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and lemonade in a large pitcher or punch bowl.

  2. 2

Stir well and taste — adjust sweetness with more syrup if needed.

  3. 3

Add a large ice block (not cubes — they dilute too fast).

  4. 4

Top with club soda just before serving.

  5. 5

Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh mint.

Bartender's Tip

Make the base (rum, lemon juice, syrup, lemonade) up to 4 hours ahead. Add ice and soda only when guests arrive.
