What Makes It Different

The North Fork of Long Island is apple country. The orchards here have been producing some of the finest apples on the East Coast for generations, and when we set out to create an apple-flavored rum, we knew we had to honor that heritage.

Apple Pie Rum is infused with real apple and a blend of warm spices — cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of brown sugar — that evoke the smell of a fresh-baked pie cooling on a windowsill. It's the rum that makes people stop and ask what they're drinking.

This is the rum for autumn. For Thanksgiving. For sitting around a fire with people you like. It's warm, comforting, and complex enough to sip neat but approachable enough to mix into a simple cocktail that anyone will love.

Nose, Palate & Finish

1Nose

Fresh baked apple pie — cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Warm and inviting with an underlying rum sweetness.

2Palate

Rich baked apple leads with warm cinnamon spice. Brown sugar sweetness in the mid-palate. Full-bodied and comforting.

3Finish

Long and warming with lingering cinnamon and apple. The sweetness fades to a clean, dry finish. Exceptional.

Mix Something Worth Remembering

North Fork Apple Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Apple Pie Rum
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Apple slice and cinnamon stick to garnish

Instructions

Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Add Apple Pie Rum and lemon juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

Hot Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Apple Pie Rum
  • 4 oz warm apple cider
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Cinnamon stick and apple slice to garnish
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

Warm the apple cider in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in honey until dissolved. Pour into a mug, add Apple Pie Rum, and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Apple Pie Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Apple Pie Rum
  • ¼ oz maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Apple fan and cinnamon stick to garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, maple syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a thin apple fan and a cinnamon stick.
