What Makes It Different

Spiced Rum is the rum that earns its place on the shelf. We start with our Silver Rum base and infuse it with a carefully balanced blend of natural spices — vanilla bean, cinnamon, clove, and a hint of allspice — that complement the spirit rather than overwhelm it.

The result is a rum that's warm and inviting on its own but versatile enough to anchor a cocktail. It's the rum you pour when the weather turns cool, when you want something with depth, or when you're making a cocktail that needs a backbone.

Unlike many spiced rums that lean heavily on artificial flavoring, ours is built on real ingredients. The spice is present but not aggressive. The vanilla is genuine. The finish lingers in a way that makes you want to slow down.

Rich vanilla bean, warm cinnamon, and a subtle clove note. Hints of brown sugar and dried fruit underneath.

2Palate

Full-bodied and warming. Vanilla leads, followed by cinnamon and allspice. A touch of molasses sweetness rounds out the mid-palate.

3Finish

Long and warming with lingering spice. The vanilla stays with you. Smooth enough to sip neat.

Mix Something Worth Remembering

North Fork Dark & Stormy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Spiced Rum
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • Lime wedge and candied ginger to garnish

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add lime juice, then ginger beer. Float the Spiced Rum on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge and candied ginger.

Vanilla Spice Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Spiced Rum
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Orange peel to garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, simple syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express an orange peel over the top and use as garnish.

Hot Spiced Rum Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NorthFork Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 oz hot water
  • Cinnamon stick and lemon slice to garnish

Instructions

Combine honey and hot water in a mug and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and rum. Stir gently. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
