A guided tasting of all five NorthFork rum expressions — Silver, Spiced, Berry, Lemonade, and Apple Pie. Each pour is paired with tasting notes and a brief story of how the expression was developed. Space is limited to 20 guests.
NorthFork Distillers will be pouring at the annual North Fork Food & Wine Festival in Greenport. Come find us at Booth 14 for samples of our full lineup and limited-edition festival cocktails.
Open the distillery doors for Independence Day. Walk the production floor, see the stills, and taste the rums that carry on Long Island's colonial spirits tradition. Free admission. Cocktails available for purchase.
A hands-on cocktail workshop covering five classic rum drinks — the mojito, daiquiri, rum old fashioned, rum mule, and a NorthFork original. Each guest makes and keeps their cocktails. Tickets required.
The Long Island Craft Spirits Fair brings together the best independent distilleries on the island. NorthFork will be pouring all five expressions and debuting a seasonal cocktail exclusive to the event.
A celebration of the Apple Pie Rum and the start of North Fork harvest season. Live music, local food vendors, and the full NorthFork lineup. Tickets available at the door.
